• Minnesota: Committee Hearing on Insurance Mandate Bill Tomorrow
  On Wednesday, March 18th, the House Commerce Finance and Policy Committee will hold a hearing on HF 3938, mandating that firearm owners obtain liability insurance.
• NRA Files Amicus Brief Urging the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Strike Down Carry Restrictions for Adults Under 21
  The National Rifle Association, Second Amendment Foundation, and Firearms Owners Against Crime filed an amicus brief in Commonwealth v. Williams, urging the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to invalidate the state’s carry restrictions for adults under 21.
• Hawaii: Red Flag Legislation Scheduled in Committee Tomorrow and Friday!
  Tomorrow at 2:00 PM, the House Committee on Judiciary and Hawaiian Affairs will hear Senate Bill 2517, a troubling expansion of Hawaii's red flag laws. Additionally, on Friday, March 20 at 3:15 PM, the Senate Committee on Public Safety and Military Affairs will hear House Bill 2062, which appropriates taxpayer dollars to encourage red flag law use.

  On Friday, March 13th, the Senate Judiciary and Public Safety Committee held a hearing on the gun grabbers wish list, including semi-automatic bans, magazine capacity limits, and concealed carry restrictions.

  The 2026 Florida Legislature adjourned Sine Die on Friday, March 13, 2026, marking the end of the state’s 60-day regular legislative session.
